Worst product please dont buy

I am Pavan working as a software engineer in Hyderabad, I have purchased HUL Pureit Marvella Eco RO+UV+UF with 18500 Rs /- from Bajaj Finance(Nizampet Branch) on 16.11.2020
We may regularly consume 25 Litre water bottles for our daily purpose, and we decided to save the amount on the maintenance cost on water. For this reason, we planned to purchase a water purifier and we did some market research from the Internet and finally, we selected the HUL brand.
Our requirement is better water quality and low maintenance annually.
Now coming to our real experience after using the HUL Marvella Eco RO+UV+UF +++++++
Basic Calculation : 25 EA Water Can × 25 Rs/- Each = 625 Rs/- per month
7500 /- Per Year
HUL Pureit : RO Membrane FR 1900 Rs/-(under warranty covered now) + SF Filter 400 Rs/- RO Memline 1900 Rs /- = 4200 Rs/- in Six Months
8400 /- Per Year (May be it will more 10000 Rs/-)
My question is why I am facing this issue, initially, I planned to choose this product for less maintenance cost, which would be 4500 Rs /- for all the filters annually and if there is any spare part that got damaged I need to bear it.
So what is the solution for this, I need to bear this 10000/-Rs amount on an Annual basis, or any solution you people can provide to me.
Present TDS Level from our water is 556 to 600 ( Its source from Water Tankers)

1. Your calculation of the maintenance cost is erroneous. RO membrane is never replaced in 6 months. On average, an RO membrane lasts for appx. 2 years (it can be even more depending on water quality and timely replacement of other filters and cartridges).
2. There is no comparison in the quality, purity, and safety of RO purified water at home and 25 rupee water can. Please read this.
One of the worst water purifier service in India. After a long year trouble, being a family person, I am left with no choice other than dump this into garbage. Filter needs to be changed, so I raised a request, then I have to leave with their mercy. The customer service will response are so rude, as if you have borrowed their purifier from their kitchen.
Strictly not recommended.

Horrible service, frequent breakdown, delayed response, ignorance. Never buy this product. 1 one-year-old Pureit Marvella and I am bringing home another product now. Frustrated, scrapping that.
I have Marvella RO. Using from 2014. I am satisfied with the purifier. From last week I am not happy with their service. The mechanics are not well trained, lack of handling such purifiers. Request to immediately send trained staff to get my work done without further delay.

I brought a purifier Pureit Marvella 24/02/2019. This product is not working from 16/05/2019. Complaint registered on 18/05/2019 still did not attend for service. I know that it is a customer cheating company, I request to the public please don’t purchase their products.
I have been using this product since last 3 years and now I am forced to change and buy something else as this product demands a lot of maintenance, every now and then something or the other needs replacement, the circuit has been changed two times and finally this time I am changing the product and switching to some other brand.
I am giving this review after an year of purchase of Pureit Marvella RO + UV. I agree that Pureit has very high maintainence cost and you are forced to replace GK1 and GK2 as the red-light starts appearing on the RO and pay the high fees(cost of GK1 and GK2) for replacement because RO will stop working then. I was buying KENT RO but the salesperson convinced me that Pureit has very less maintainence cost. After an year of use, I feel I made the wrong choice and to help others, I am givign this information.
May be salesperson have high margin on pureit products, that is why they try to convince customer to buy it. Please do a through analysis before buying.
