Hindware Elara RO+UV+UF+Mineral Water Purifier Review

Hindware has recently launched a stylish RO water purifier called ‘Elara’. One look is enough to tell you why we are calling it a stylish RO water purifier.

The price is also kept in the mid-range affordable segment. Hindware Elara is basically an upgraded version of ‘Hindware Calisto’, which was launched in 2018.

If we compare Hindware Elara and Hindware Calisto then Elara clearly scores more than Calisto in all departments whether it is design, purification, or features like a detachable tray. Elara comes with mineral fortification which was missing in Calisto.

Purification

Hindware Elara features 7-stage purification with RO+UV+UF, which makes it suitable for water from all sources.

Just above the tap, the front panel also features three LED indicators for power on/off, tank full, and purification process on/off.

The front cover is easily detachable, but this is more of a convenience to the service engineer. Because until you want to service the purifier yourself you will hardly ever need to open the front cover.
