Worst services of Aquaguard:
I bought an Aquaguard Superb water purifier in 2nd week of June 2019 and was installed on 14 June 2019. Since then the purifier is giving trouble to me and showing the water TDS 650 to 700. In this regard, I have made umpteen number of calls to your greatest customer care center. Even then the problem is still pending with your most inactive services.
I sincerely request your Aquaguard please shut down your Customer Care Services as you can not solve a small problem for a period of 2 months.
In this regard, I sincerely try my level best to file a case against you people for the extraordinary delay caused and non-attending of service request.

Water leakage started immediately after the filter change. I logged a complain but the technician is not coming. He charged Rs 4200 for the filter change. I reported this issue the same day when I noticed the water leakage. However, the technician is not coming even after calling 10-15 times. Aquaguard customer care number is too busy. I called at least 25 times but it’s always busy. There is no call back even though req no. has been recorded in their system.
I have purchased Aquaguard Superb RO+UV+UF+TDS Regulator model from Tata Croma INFINITI RETAIL LIMITED Surat on 04/10/2017 in the name of Saurabh Khetan. The registered mobile number is (mobile number has been deleted from the comment because of privacy issues). The product is in warranty period. I raised the compliant on 22/07/2018. One guy came on 25/07/2018 without the uniform and ID Proof of Eureka Forbes. And he asked the parts price although the product is in warranty and in one year 3 services are free. That guy was very rude and even the customer care service providers are saying the payment has to be made. Its suggested not to buy the product, very bad impact!
