Pureit Classic G2 Mineral is a compact water purifier that features 6-stage water purification.

The only major difference between the two is, this model uses an MF Membrane in the 5th stage of purification while the other variant uses a UV lamp. It is important to note here that UV purification provides more reliable protection against micro-organic impurities like bacteria and viruses as compared to an MF membrane.

Another difference between the two is their price. Pureit Classic G2 Mineral RO+UV is a little costlier than Pureit Classic G2 Mineral RO+MF.
As per the company claims, this water purifier almost doubles the filter life and reduces the maintenance cost to less than 50 paise/litre.
This Pureit water purifier has a long filter life of around 6000 litres. Pureit Classic G2 Mineral also features a higher water recovery of up to 35%, whereas normal RO water purifiers recover around 25% water.

Pureit Classic G2 features a very compact design and would require minimal wall space. The front panel has 2 LED indicators for storage tank full and SF/GKK change. SF/GKK change indicator starts blinking 15 days before the expiry of sediment filter or GKK. The Auto shut-off feature stops water purification if the filter is not changed.
Talking about the filter replacement schedule, you would need to clean/replace Sediment Filter approximately every 6 months from the date of installation depending on the quality of input water and GKK approximately every 1 year from the date of installation.
We are also very impressed with the high-speed purification of this purifier, it purifies up to 20 litres of water per hour which is very high.
