Six Stage Water Purification – For the Safest Drinking Water That Tastes Good
Stage 1 – Pre-Sediment Filter
In the first stage of purification, the input water is filtered using a pre-sediment filter. Pre-sediment filter not only removes fine and coarse particulate impurities/dirt but also improves the life of the Carbon Filter resulting in a lower cost of maintenance.
Stage 2 – Pre-RO Carbon Filter
The second stage employs a Pre-RO Carbon filter which removes chlorine and organic impurities like harmful pesticides from the water filtered in the first stage. Pre-RO Carbon filter also absorbs bad odor and taste-causing organic compounds from water.
Stage 3 – Post-Carbon Sediment Filter
The third stage uses a Post-Carbon sediment filter to remove any remaining dirt. The use of a Post-Carbon sediment filter also increases the life of the RO Membrane.
Stage 4 – RO Membrane
In the fourth stage, the water from the Post-Carbon sediment filter is fed into the RO membrane at high pressure. An inbuilt pump is used to create water pressure. RO membrane removes the hardness, dissolved salts, pesticides, and heavy metals like lead, arsenic, and mercury. It also removes microbial contaminants like viruses, bacteria, protozoa, and cysts.
Stage 5 – UV Reactor & TDS Modulator
In the fifth stage of purification, a high-intensity UV bulb is used to kill any virus, bacteria, and parasites to deliver safe water.
