The Aquasure Aquaflow DX uses very efficient and powerful UV technology to purify water. A UV lamp is fitted inside the purifier that deactivates or kills bacteria, viruses, and other disease-causing germs. The dual cartridge enables better purification of water with a maximum input pressure of 2.0 kg/sq. cm and a minimum pressure of 0.4 kg/sq.cm. The unique purification process makes water as pure and safe as it was boiled for 20 minutes. As a result, it doesn’t allow recontamination.
The ultraviolet radiations are very dangerous for bacteria and viruses. These rays attack the DNA of these germs, thereby rendering them unable to reproduce. UV systems destroy 99.99% of harmful microorganisms without adding chemicals. The UV lamp is the main source of these ultraviolet radiations. A quartz glass protects the UV bulb from coming in direct contact with water. The quartz sleeve should be of the correct quality of glass that should allow short wave UV light of 254 nanometers. The band of shortwave ultraviolet radiation from 200 to 280 nanometers is called the “C” band or UVC.

Where can i get pre filter housing fot his model
You can go for any Pre-filter housing. Choice of Pre-filter is not dependent on the water purifier.
Using this product for the past few years. Annual service is a pain. Service quality is also below par. On top of this there is no warranty for the spares. My experience: renewed PCB and company doesnot give warranty. I am personally not aware of any other company that doesn’t give warranty on their spares. Makes me concerned about the genuinity of the spare.
