Product is good till the warranty period gets over. After one year it’s not going to work . I was forced to take AMC and later they never turned up for service. They demand money for all the parts even though it’s under AMC. So I strongly say no to aquaguard company water filters because of their bad service and misguidance.
Do this need a pre filter?
Pre-filter is recommended to be used if the water contains physical impurities like sand, mud, rust etc. This is the case with all purifiers.
