Can some one give rough estimate for annual maintenance charges ?
A rough estimate for annual maintenance cost would be around Rs. 4,000 – 5,000.
Very disappointed with the product. We bought from a local seller 3 years back. And every year we are changing the candles which is costing almost 3,500 rs around and this is the third year and motor is also replaced this year which costed 6000 around. Is it worth spending so much on maintenance of any product? Very unsatisfied.

AO smith z8 is the worst product I have ever seen…there are lots of issues with this…I bought it in 2018 after 8 months it got repaired….after the warranty period every month we are facing problems with this…please don’t buy this product.
Please don’t opt for this brand which is extremely poor service …there to is advanced technology but there is no right person’s to service this RO brand.very very poor service ..if any urgent basis complaints raised the service is attended only after 3 days ….pls don’t opt for this brand because there is no right people to service….all the service executives are asking customer to remind them for service
Be careful with free service during warranty period, service person will never visit during warranty period they themself say customer out of station and close the free service request, same thing happened in my case, beware of these smart cheaters…

AO Smith z8- beware of it before buying AO Smith- they send or sell refurbished item. Mine had scratches all over and the company refused to change it and had to live with the scratches all over. Think thrice before you buy AO Smith products. The water also tastes bad having an 8 stage purification system- bore water still tastes the same- no change in taste.
Very bad purifier, no instant hot water we have to press the button for long then it will give hot water, not satisfied
